Confused.com
The health bulletin in TOI said "Total Strangers can make you happy" and this after a 20 year study!! lol!! ........I mean ......only people you love have the power to hurt you, isnt it? .....everybody knows that!! it follows then doesnt it, that a total stranger can make you happy?? Does it? I am confused!
Anyways, while on the topic of being happy is happiness the absence of sadness or is sadness the absence of happiness? Which one actually exists?

happiness and sadness are not related...to be happy depends on yourself....nobody can make u sad if you decide to be happy
